Locations and Branches
BCIC’s Head Office is located at 36 Duke Street, Kingston, and it operates seven (7) branches located in Kingston (Cross Roads and New Kingston), Portmore, Montego Bay, Savanna-La-Mar, Mandeville and Ocho Rios. Customer Satisfaction
BCIC prides itself in being customer focused and accordingly, in January 2002, introduced “ASSIST”, a motor accident scene response service extended to all its private car policyholders. BCIC is the first Insurance Company to offer such a service in Jamaica and, in 2008, the “ASSIST” service was further enhanced to include emergency roadside breakdown assistance.

BCIC’s commitment to offering quality customer service was further solidified in 2009 when the Company ensured that that all members of staff were trained and certified by the Jamaica Customer Service Association (JaCSA) and Professional Development Association and incorporated this into their strategic plan as an ongoing policy.
