Mr Vikram Dhiman is the Chief Operating Officer of ICD Group Holdings Limited, a Jamaican-based Investment holding company with regional and global interests in Real Estate, Construction, Property Management, General Insurance, Business Process Outsourcing and E-Commerce businesses.
He began his career with KPMG in Jamaica and also worked with them in India and the Netherlands. Between 1998-2000, he worked with the United Nations Compensation Commission, in Geneva, as a valuation specialist for determination of the claims arising from the 1990 Gulf War. After his MBA at INSEAD, he worked at Marakon Associates, a strategy and management consulting firm, at their London Office, advising several FTSE100 firms. He joined the ICD Group in 2004 and has been instrumental in shaping and growing the businesses of the Group and for creating and managing growth and change with all the companies and businesses that he works with.
Mr Dhiman is a naturalised Jamaican and has chosen Jamaica as his home. He serves on several private and public sector boards as part of his employment and as a volunteer. He is the Chairman of British Caribbean Insurance Co. Limited (Jamaica’s largest insurance company), and WIHCON Properties Limited, and the Deputy Chairman of the Special Economic Zone Authority’s board. He is a director of Advantage Communications Inc. (Canada), ADV Communications Jamaica Limited, Social Media Group LLC (Puerto Rico), West Indies Home Contractors, ICD Group Holdings Limited, the University Hospital of the West Indies (Private Wing), Victoria Mutual Investments Limited and M.A.G. Medical Supplies Limited. Since 2016, he has been the Honorary Treasurer of the Private Sector Organisation of Jamaica, the umbrella private sector organisation in Jamaica.
He has served as the Treasurer of the Jamaica Golf Association since 2007 and was the Chair of its Junior Golf Committee from 2007-2017. He has raised over US$500,000 for the development and growth of Junior Golf in Jamaica.
Mr Dhiman attained a First Class Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Christ Church College (1987), Kanpur India; is a Fellow Member (not in practice) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica; a past practicing member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India; has passed the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants examination; and also holds an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France (2000). He is married to Aditi and they have two sons Karan (20) and Aman (15) both of whom have represented Jamaica in taekwondo, squash and golf.

Courtney Campbell is President and Chief Executive Officer of Victoria Mutual (VM), a leading Jamaican Financial Group with operations that extend to major financial districts in North America and the United Kingdom.
Courtney assumed this position in April 2016, and immediately went about igniting a transformation of the organisation, which includes an ambitious digital strategy that has led to new products and services being delivered in modern, convenient ways. Courtney has leveraged the organisation’s cultural beliefs and core values to kindle the VM Team’s passion for uplifting Jamaicans. He is a strident advocate for greater financial inclusion, which is the founding purpose of VM and a significant motivator behind the work that he does.
Before joining VM, Courtney had already established an enviable record of success in several senior executive roles including that of CEO of GraceKennedy Financial Group. He also spent over 23 years with the National Commercial Bank, serving in various management positions, including Head of the Retail Banking Division and other roles instrumental to the bank’s success.
He holds a BSc in Management Studies from The University of the West Indies, and an MBA in Finance (Distinction) jointly awarded by the University of Wales & Manchester Business School. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, London.
Courtney is a director of Victoria Mutual Building Society and all its subsidiaries as well as associate company British Caribbean Insurance Company. He is also Chairman of the VM Foundation and the United Church Mission Enterprise.
Courtney is a Corporate Champion for the UWI STAT, Mona Campus and serves on the Governor-General Jamaica Trust and the Investment Committee of the Council of World Missions. He is a former Chairman of the National Education Trust (NET).
A Justice of the Peace, Courtney is an Advisory Board Member of the Governor General’s Programme for Excellence and an ‘I Believe Initiative’ Ambassador.

Joseph M. Matalon.

Mr. Joseph M. Matalon is Chairman of ICD Group Holdings, which has interests in real estate, homebuilding, property management, general insurance underwriting, business process outsourcing (BPO), ecommerce and technology distribution through its subsidiary and associated companies British Caribbean Insurance, West Indies Home Contractors, WIHCON Properties, Advantage Communications, Intcomex Group, and the Social Media Group.
Mr. Matalon is the founding Chairman of First Angels Jamaica, the country’s first Angel investor network. He also chairs the boards of two publicly listed companies, the RJRGLEANER Communications Group and 1834 Investments Limited. He serves as co-Vice Chair of the USA-based International Youth Foundation, and as Chair of the ICD-affiliated Multicare Youth Foundation.
He served as President of the Private Sector Organisation of Jamaica during the period 2009 to 2012 and has chaired and served on a number of special-purpose national committees that have advised Governments on economic, tax and financial policy matters. He has also served as chair of the Development Bank of Jamaica (2007-2016) and the Office of Utilities Regulation (2016-2020)..
Mr Matalon was inducted into the PSOJ’s Private Sector Hall of Fame in October 2018. In 2012, in recognition of Mr. Matalon’s contribution to Jamaica’s public and private sectors and to community service, he was appointed by the Government of Jamaica to the Order of Distinction in the Rank of Commander (C.D.).

Peter Melhado is the President and CEO of the ICD Group, a Jamaican-based conglomerate with interests in real estate, construction, property management, general insurance and business process outsourcing.
Mr. Melhado began his career as a project engineer with the UK-based construction firm, Kier International. He subsequently worked in the manufacturing sector with brewer and beverage producer Desnoes and Geddes, before entering the banking sector in 1993 with the Manufacturers Group. Mr. Melhado became the CEO of the Manufacturers Group in 1995, led the company’s acquisition of Sigma Investment Managers in 2001 and held that position until merging Manufacturers Sigma with Pan Caribbean in 2004.
Mr. Melhado currently serves as Chairman of West Indies Home Contractors, Social Commerce Inc (Puerto Rico), Sagicor Group Jamaica, Sagicor Life Jamaica, Sagicor Life of the Cayman Islands, Industrial Chemical Company Jamaica, Gallagher Caribbean Group, Red Stripe and American International School of Kingston. His current directorships include British Caribbean Insurance Company, Advantage Communications and Sagicor Bank Jamaica.
He is a former Vice President of the Private Sector Organization of Jamaica.
Mr. Melhado attained a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University (1985) and an MBA from Columbia University Graduate School of Business (1990), with a concentration in Finance.

Peter is a chartered insurance professional who has been part of Jamaica’s general insurance industry for over 40 years, and has served as the Chairman of the Board of EduFocal Limited since 2012.
In 2013, Peter was appointed Vice-President of the Insurance Association of Jamaica (IAJ), and chaired the Association’s General Insurance Committee. From 2018-2020 he was the President of IAJ and continues to serve on their Board of Directors.
A beloved leader, Peter is the Managing Director of Jamaica’s #1 General Insurance Company, the British Caribbean Insurance Company (BCIC). He combines strong technical skills with the goal of always delivering outstanding value for BCIC’s customers. He has been deeply involved in the creation of many innovative and customer-centric products such as Diamond Max for drivers over 55 years old, and the Minimax collision benefit for third party policies. His transformational management style has significantly contributed to the growth and empowerment of his team, and has led to BCIC being the most profitable general insurance company in Jamaica in 2017 and 2019.
Under his leadership. BCIC has sustained enviable levels of growth in both revenue and profit, and has continued to innovate. BCIC refunded 50 million dollars to customers when the pandemic limited their driving, the only company in its markets to do so. In 2022, BCIC was assigned a Financial Strength Rating of B++ (Good) by international credit rating agency AM Best.
Peter is the leader of BCIC’s digital transformation initiatives, as he continues to make BCIC a disruptive industry leader that is agile and adaptable.

Marcus James is a legitimate product of the entrepreneurial spirit. He is a man whose determination to achieve his dreams and desire to champion the ‘little man’ are key ingredients to his current success. Founder and Executive Director of Access Financial Services Ltd, he has carved out a place for himself among Jamaica’s leading business minds with how he has changed the landscape of micro-financing in Jamaica. A competent individual in both body and mind, he read for his Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of West Carolina, which he attended on a tennis scholarship, after which he obtained a Master of Business Administration from the University of the West Indies.
An accomplished businessman by any measure his achievements include: Access becoming the first company to list a bond on the JSE bond trading platform and the first micro finance company to be licensed by Bank of Jamaica under the Micro Credit Act. Access Financial was the first company to list on the Junior Market of the Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE) in 2009. In 2011, he was named Entrepreneur of the Year by the Young Entrepreneurs Association and was recognised in 2012 as PSOJ/Gleaner 50 under-50 Business Leaders. That same year Access ranked first in profitability among Top 100 Microfinance organisations in Latin America and the Caribbean

Sharon Neil Smith is the Managing Partner at Patterson Mair Hamilton, Attorneys-at-law, and has been a partner at the firm since its founding in 2005. As a practicing attorney, the scope of her expertise spans the areas of real estate, commercial, corporate, employment, and probate and estates law. Her diverse array of legal experience has allowed her to forge a formidable legal career of more than 30 years across industries.
Sharon honed her legal skills over many years, working as in-house counsel in managerial positions, private practice and as Managing Partner of the firm. Her legal practice supports a range of corporate as well as individual clientele, and she has worked for clients in both the private and public sectors. She credits her acute depth of knowledge and appreciation for client- servicing with her ability to balance a diverse legal practice while also managing the firm’s operations,
Sharon’s strong and committed belief in serving one’s country and people, has led to her involvement in a variety of faith-based initiatives which sees her serving her church community in several capacities. This includes sitting on the board of directors for the Swallowfield Outreach Foundation for the past eight years. Led by her faith, Sharon is a Board member of the Family Life Ministry, and has assisted with its Foster Care Program “For the Child” . She has held the position of director with the Ministry since 2019.
A graduate of the Faculty of Law, University of the West Indies, LL.B. (Hon) in 1989, Sharon completed her professional training with Norman Manley Law School, earning a Certificate of Legal Education, in 1991. She was admitted to the Jamaican Bar in 1991, and is a member of the Jamaica Bar Association. She also holds a Masters of Law degree (LL.M) from the University College, University of London.

Philip Armstrong has held several key leadership positions, and is currently the Chief Strategy Officer of PanJam Investment Limited. His other most notable are that of Deputy CEO & Director, Sagicor Investments Limited, Deputy CEO & Director, Sagicor Bank Jamaica, and EVP – Strategy & Innovation, and Chief Technology Officer, at Sagicor Group Jamaica Ltd. With a strategic and courageous leadership style, he values the diversity of his team members and gives them the freedom and agency to allow their individual skill sets to shine through. He is invested in the success of others and is a very big proponent of mentorship programs, but embraces the philosophy of learning from mistakes in order for the individual to forge their own path.
He has completed the Advanced Management Program from Harvard School of Business, and is certified in business analytics leadership having completed the Harvard Business Analytics Program. Philip has worked on Wall Street, he is not afraid to accept an opportunity for a new experience. A self-described adventurer, he likes to push himself to the limit. He has run two marathons, summited over 13,000 feet, and had the pleasure of training with a group of Navy Seals for 72 hours.

Audrey Richards is a Consultant with the Development Bank of Jamaica (DBJ), with responsibility for the development of the ecosystem for private equity and venture capital in Jamaica, as well as expansion of the DBJ’s private capital portfolio, through its investments as an anchor investor in private capital funds.
Mrs. Richards has been involved, in several capacities, in the Jamaican capital markets for more than thirty years, and currently serves as Director on the boards of Scotia Group Jamaica Limited, BNS Jamaica Limited, Scotia Investments Jamaica Limited, and is Chairman of the Board of Scotia Jamaica Life Insurance Company Limited. She also serves on the boards of British Caribbean Insurance Company Limited, Caribbean Alternative Investment Association, and her alma mater, St. Andrew High School for Girls, and the St. Andrew High School Foundation.
Mrs. Richards is passionate about creating capital market solutions, organizational building, financial market policy development and implementation, and has led several market developmental initiatives for the private and public sectors, including the promotion of innovation and the establishment of an early stage and entrepreneurial ecosystem, in Jamaica.
She has consulted, locally, for institutions such as the Inter-American Development Bank, Bank of Jamaica, Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE), and the Financial Services Commission, and is a foundation member of the JSE Best Practices Committee. She was previously CEO for Edward Gayle and Company Limited (now NCB Capital Markets) and NCB (Investments) Limited and is a former Deputy Chairman of the JSE Council and Director of the National Housing Trust.

Mrs. Sandra Shirley-Auxilly, Business Facilitator/Consultant, has extensive experience spanning over 30 years in wealth management, trust banking, strategic planning and implementation in the United States and the Caribbean.
A former licensed securities dealer and President of First Global Financial Services Limited, Mrs. Shirley-Auxilly is a 2006 Fellow of the Jamaican Institute of Management and a member of the Private Sector Organisation of Jamaica. She is a former Director and Vice President of The Jamaica Chamber of Commerce and has served on various other private and public sector boards, including as Deputy Chairman, The Jamaica Stock Exchange (2008), Secretary, Security Dealers Association (2006-2008), Commissioner, Anti-Dumping & Subsidies Commission and Jamaica Deposit Insurance Company.
A former Senior Research/Teaching Fellow-Finance, Mona School of Business, University of the West Indies, Mona, Mrs. Shirley-Auxilly has also served in various capacities on technical assistance and project teams funded by private sector and multilateral agencies. Her experience includes entrepreneurship and SME development. She believes in giving through service and is the Immediate Past Federation Councilor and Past President of Soroptimist International (SI) Jamaica, and a former Vice President SI Caribbean Network of clubs.
Mrs. Shirley-Auxilly attained a B.Sc. (Hons) Management Studies from The University of the West Indies, majoring in Financial Accounting & Finance and an MBA Finance and Banking from Pace University, New York, USA. She completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Investment Appraisal and Risk Analysis from Queens University, Ontario, Canada. Rao-Graham is a professor of information systems at the Mona School of Business and Management at The University of the West Indies, Mona. She is the holder of the GraceKennedy S. Carlton Alexander Chair in Management Studies at UWI, Mona. Her research spans business intelligence, data quality, decision support systems, and big data for development.
She has published in top international journals, presented at numerous conferences and co authored Business Intelligence for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises: An Agile Roadmap toward Business Sustainability. Professor Rao-Graham also has practical experience as she actively engages with the business community, facilitating presentations, training sessions, and workshops, in the area of data-driven decision making.
Judith Forth Blake.

Judith Forth Blake is a seasoned marketer with over 35 years of experience in leading
marketing, communications, and related functions within the banking and retail industries. Currently, she serves as a Senior Vice President and Group Chief Customer and Brand Officer at the VM Group. In this role, she oversees customer experience, marketing, market research, product development, and external corporate communications, while also holding direct accountability for the VM Foundation.
While at VM Group, Mrs. Forth Blake received the President’s Award for spearheaded the highly successful rebranding of the then 143-year-old institution in November 2021. The brand transformation elevated the range of VM products and services under a modern and cohesive brand identity, while highlighting the Group’s evolution beyond traditional mortgages and savings.
Before joining VM, Mrs. Forth Blake was the Head of Marketing for Royal Bank of Canada’s Caribbean operations for four and a half years. She initially worked from the regional head office in Port of Spain, Trinidad, before relocating to the RBC corporate office in Toronto, Canada. In this capacity, she led marketing functions across 19 Caribbean countries, encompassing both English and Dutch-speaking islands. Her career also includes senior marketing positions at RBTT/RBC Jamaica and COURTS Jamaica Ltd.
Outside of her professional life, Mrs. Forth Blake enjoys gardening, traveling to culturally diverse destinations, and connecting with family and friends worldwide. She has a keen interest in holistic health and wellness, staying informed on the latest developments in these areas. A firm believer in the transformative power of education, she finds personal fulfillment in contributing to this cause in various ways. Mrs. Forth Blake is a devoted Christian and has been married for 25 years to Dr. Major (retired) Hugh Blake.

Paul Hanworth is an experienced financial executive with a proven track record in financial management, in commercial real estate management and development; securities; insurance; consumer products; tourism; and retail. He began his career as a Senior Accountant & Manager with KPMG in both England and the U.S.A. Developing expertise in U.S.A. and U.K. accounting principles and SEC reporting.
Prior to joining PANJAM Investment, Paul held senior positions with a variety of companies in the insurance, distillery and financial services industries. At multiple companies, he has been responsible for financial strategy, financial reporting, strategic planning and analysis, and internal controls. As a senior financial executive, he has led numerous revenue enhancement strategies, cost savings initiatives, and risk mitigation projects.
Paul has also been a successful entrepreneur, he established, operated and eventually sold the operations of a fine wine importer and distributor, encompassing a club for individuals, a distributor for hotels and restaurants, and a formal wine school affiliated with the Wine and Spirits Educational Trust in the UK.
Paul holds a B.A. (Hons.) in Classics, from Sidney Sussex College, Cambridge University, England and an M.S. in Management, from Hartford Graduate Center, Hartford, Connecticut. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Chartered Accountant and Board Director of PANJAM. He also serves as Chair, Listed Companies Committee for the Private Sector Organisation of Jamaica (PSOJ).
