Amanda has joined BCIC with over 15 years’ experience in the Barbados general insurance industry. She is an experienced underwriter with a strong belief in providing exceptional customer service and has a proven track record of success.

With over 14 years of experience in the Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance industry, Alex brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record for delivering world-class insurance solutions. She has successfully led teams working at one of the largest global insurance and professional services firms in Canada. Alex’s experience in P&C underwriting, treaty reinsurance, and structuring complex insurance programs tailored to meet our clients’ specific needs.
At BCIC, Alex will focus on building and enhancing our relationships, with a strong focus on making P&C insurance more accessible to our customers. She is passionate about simplifying processes, generating efficiencies, and improving the client experience. With her customer-centric, solution-driven approach, we believe she is well-positioned to drive growth and innovation for BCIC in Barbados.
She holds an honors Bachelor’s degree in Management and Organisational Studies from Western University is a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP), and has earned the Canadian Risk Management (CRM) designation from the Insurance Institute of Canada.
Diana has joined BCIC with over 15 years’ experience in the Barbados general insurance industry. She has extensive experience, having worked as a Broker, in Customer Service, Accounting, Claims and Underwriting roles. Her measure for excellent customer service is, “for the greatest customer experience for each client to feel that like he or she is dealing with family”.
Diana’s experience as a Broker has enhanced her ability to place great importance in understanding the needs of her customers and focussing on delivering the finest service and insurance solutions. Diana strives to leave no stone unturned in order to get the best job done on her customers’ behalf.
