Here we are again; today is fading and Monday is rolling in. If you have put into action the plot from our last mini blog, then you are still enjoying the last morsels of the weekend and are ready for plot #2:
Here it is… drumroll please.
If you are on one of those new diets, the ones where they let you take a break from your weekly grazing for a cheat day, may we humbly suggest Monday. Consider “What is it I truly crave? Is it steak from your favourite restaurant, is it stuffed-crust pizza with all the toppings, is it roti?” Or maybe your sweet tooth needs some attention – a sliver of cheesecake, coffee icecream, or a simple donut? Whatever your vice, top it off with a bestie or two and voila, you have a Monday to yearn for. (See, you’re salivating for tomorrow already.)
NB If this plot feels too naughty and you are now consumed with guilt, just add a little green to your plate tomorrow and you’ll be fine. Don’t forget to take a selfie and share it with all your friends.
